Education is a very important asset to a child's life, education helps children further advance their knowledge and also helps them be elidgable to go to college. By going to college the children will have oppurtunities to recieve good jobs that will help them have a better life. Yet, in some countries, kids are deprived of their education and also the countries are starting take away their cultural beliefs from their school. In some schools in other countries there is lack of curriculum and their is lack of school funding. A result of kids not having a good education is that in Burma,India some kids that do not have an education have no other choice than to work 12 hours from dusk to dawn to earn money to support for themselves. Most of these kids age from 12-16 years old.In africa, because of the loss of curriculum african schools are loosing their lessons about their cultures and heritages. Now because of this kids will never know what their cultures a re and also can never pass it down to the next generation if they do not know aswell. Some countries reasonings for not teaching about their cultures or religion is due to 'cultural competition'. The reasoning for this 'cultural competition' is that some countries are in war and dislike one another and therefore this teaches the kids to dislike the other country as well which is unnecassary. Also due to lack of curriculum and lack of school funding that in 1994 Michigan citizens approved a constitutional amendment that dramatically altered the way public schools are funded. Known as Proposal A which took away some money from the school funds. This is bad for students because they need to be up to date with textbooks and technology in their school for education and basic life skills. Around the world there is lack of school corriculiums or education, as a result kids would drop out of school and most likely face hardship in their lives as they grow older.
